Arriving at Route 7 after a long hike down, Stamifrah looked around him not able to see and Parasects at all. He remembered about Parasects living near or on tree trunks, so he walked around the place, looking up trees as if he was expecting somebody up there.

Several Metapod were attached to the tree trunks, and a Paras was scuttling around the high branches. On the opposite side of one of the trees, though, a Parasect was quietly resting.

Stamifrah walked around the tree, nearly bumping into Parasect's large mushroom. He jumped back and took out a bottle, twirling it around by it's neck.
"Now, how do you get a Parasect's spore..."
A few minutes later the Parasect seemed to be stirring. Shrugging, he walked over towards the Parasect and stared at it's mushroom, before kicking it hard so that it would wake up.

The Parasect immediately sprang to his feet. Flushing with anger, he shook his , releasing a blue powder also known as Sleep Powder right at Stamifrah.

Stamifrah narrowed his eyes and covered his mouth and nose with his robe before jumping back. He needed it's spores, not Sleep Powder. He'll need to finish up quick if he wants to catch a Vileplume before sundown.
"Gluttony, spook some spores outta him will ya? And take this with you, see if you can get it."
A Gengar appeared grinning as if somebody had stepped onto some doodie. Stamifrah tossed the bottle towards Gluttony as the Pokemon went over towards the Parasect, making some faces in an attempt to Astonish Parasect.

Parasect stumbled back several steps before retorting with a Spore attack, trying to ware off his new foe.

(Oh hush. -pout-)
Stamifrah smiled as the spores swarmed at Gluttony as the Gengar swiped the air with the bottle, catching bits of it until it filled 1/5th of the bottle.
"That's enough Gengar." Gluttony hovered over and handed the bottle to him before disappearing back into his ball. "Now, Mr. Parasect..." Stamifrah bowed his lowest before running away fast while practically yelling, "Goodbye!"
