Solar Space Tower

An extremely tall tower that reaches higher than anyone on the ground can see. Every floor is made out of windows on the outside so for those visitors inside it's quite a view. Recently a group of scientists have begun keeping a close eye out for Cellza Buu after they were notified he returned, for that villain lives out of this world.
