A place that Itsukyuu frequents, he decided to turn it into his battle arena after finding out how, battle-like it looks like. This place, on the very top of the highest mountain in the Bluemoon range, was the reason why he could be usually seen around those areas. The arena covered the whole place, ledges and rocks being an obstacle for most Pokemon. Not only that, gusts of wind, the cold temperature and unstable areas (he had to move it thrice) were challenging by itself. Itsukyuu liked this place, especially since Grass types could rarely stand the cold and Water types are challenged by the various objects that block water shots.
