The first of the Elite Four, but his power was not to be underestimated. It is said that he rarely gets to his last Pokemon before letting the trainer go past at either his fourth or third Pokemon, be it his Pokemon or theirs. When asked by his colleagues, Itsukyuu says "It is pointless to continue when you have lost." Curiously, nobody except one has seen him actually lose before however; that one was the champion herself when she had defeated him in a battle. He left to train and disappeared from everyone's view, only after he was invited to the Elite 4 had he been seen, if only for a few minutes or for a battle.
Like most of the Elite 4 which seems to have caught the case of wanderlust, Itsukyuu prefers to disappear and walk around in Motan rather than stay at HQ. In rare cases would he just stay at his room until a battle rose. Other than those moments he would be invisible to nearly everyone except the champ. Why he would trust the champion with where he went was a mystery. He often disappeared so long, that challengers would move on to the next Elite 4 without fighting him.
Appearance
To everyone, he could be seen wearing a hood over his head along with a cloak behind him, black clothing for the rest of him. That was it. Even to his fellow colleagues Itsukyuu prefered to hide his face and show them the shadow that had covered his head. Underneath the cloak bulges could be seen. Was it to hide something that had to do with his identity?
Pokemon
His Pokemon vary, but all of them were of the ground type variety. His reason for his choice of Pokemon? "Big holes. Really big."
