Cellza Buu is the greatest evil being in the Motan Region. He's not a human nor a Pokemon, some kind of alien. He has a head of pink skin with a tentacle protruding from the top of his head, a strong body of black spotted, hard, dark green skin with black plates of armor over his shoulders, two white arms with sharp black fingernails, and two white legs, each with two, narrow and long toes pointing forward, and one pointing backwards. He also has a long, swift white tail with a pointed yellow ball on the tip. He has a 'pet' called Apocalypse, no one sure if he's a Pokemon or not. Silver and the group he traveled with on his adventure through the Motan Region are the only ones who know, as they fought Apocalypse and Cellza Buu before, defeating them both. But now it seems that they were both somehow revived. Cellza Buu has unique abilities however, and his plan is to destroy the Motan Region, and the whole world after it.
