appearance:he has hair like a flame but is in the various colors of Light(white,the colors of a rainbow.),he is half the size of a Lugia's wing(in height,not width or length).he also has a head like Dark Lugia's.(except positioned so he can see in front of himself.)(the hair is still there,just placed where hair normally goes anyway.)plus he has the Psychic and Shadow powers of Dark Lugia(weakened to 1/100th of its average level.).his back holds retractable Dark Lugia wings that are smaller(by alot) than a full sized Dark Lugia.
