"That would be a good idea if either of you had flying pokemon, because I don't. If I knew how far up it was and what obsticales are in the way, we could have your meganium create a vine platform and simply be carried up to the surface, but there's no telling what awaits us at the top and it could still be a trap. I wouldn't want someone to cut the vines."

"I have my Dragonite, and Joey has her Swellow, but Joey can fly herself, as can Meganium, so I'm sure she'd let you use her Swellow." Silver informed, as he held out an Ultra Ball, releasing the mighty Dragon Pokemon. She gave a loud cry, as she bent her head down, allowing Silver to give her an affectionate rub. "I just need you for a little flight, ." Dragonite nodded her head as Silver hopped on her back. At that time, Meganium's back started glowing, and soon two dragon/leaf wings appeared, protruding out of her body.

"Come on out, Swellow!" Joey said as she tossed a Pokeball out in front of her. The Flying/Normal type appeared in a flash of white light, as Joey added, "I need you to help Shina over there get up this shaft, k?" She pointed to where Shina was, and Swellow chirped his agreement. Then, Joey began glowing, and she soon transformed into a Salamence.

She smiled and said her thanks to Joey as she climbed onto Swellow, but inside she was frowning. She realized this and mentally chided herself. That was then, this was now. Relations between Pokemorph's and humans had changed since the manuscript was written all those centuries ago. Even now, she still couldn't get that image from her mind. The image that none of them had noticed because it had been embedded in the text. This whole place was built with human slaves... but it was bigger than that... all the pieces finally fit together. The battle that began centuries ago was finally coming to an end, but at what cost for either race?

Shina was taken from her thoughts as she, Joey, and Silver all were lifted into the air by their various pokemon, or in Joey's case, form.

Shina gracefully stepped off the Swellow, petting the animal's neck as she did so. She breathed the cool night air, glad to be out of the nightmare of a place she had been in earlier.

As Joey landed on the ground, she resumed her human form, and recalled Swellow. Meganium's wings vanished, and Dragonite was put back in her ball as well.

Joey was about ready to go her separate way since their little excursion was over, but Silver was ready yet. Without a sound, he stared at Shina and firmly said, "I know what happened down there. I know you found something that you don't want us to know about. But you and Slyfera aren't the only ones who help protect the Motan Region; so do Joey and I. So, I ask of you, please share with us what you discovered in those ruins."

She didn't know what to say. She didn't want it to scare them...like it had scared her. She knew what it would mean if it got out. The politics involved, the backlashes. The world would be chaos...

'Oh, it'll get out alright Shina. You know Zershia will make sure of that. You know it...' The voice in her mind said. She thought for a moment longer, creating an eery silvence between them, when at last she spoke.

"...Not here. Meet me at the Masurao Dojo. Tell no one. I will give the guards permission to let you in." She said, handing them both keys. "These keys will open the main gate, and only the main gate."

Silver and Joey accepted the keys, and Silver solemnly nodded. "Come on Meganium." He said, as she brought her wings out once more and took to the skies with Silver on her back. Joey transformed into a Salemence and flew off after them as they headed towards Opal Valley.
