Pokedex: Ninegales was discovered when a Trainer took her Ninetails into Ongoku no Betsuri and evolved into this Pokemon. There have also been reports of wild Ninegales seen in several different Regions. They aren't common, however. A few times a Ninetails failed, or rather refused, to evolve when given a Dragon Scale. Ninegales is a very intelligent Pokemon, as well as strong.
*Hurricane Gale, a Dragon type attack, is an attack only usable by Ninegales. It's basically what the name says, a very strong hurricane that attacks the foe.
