Tykenzar is a Water type Legendary. He's a combination of Typhlosion, Blaziken, and Charizard. His special attack is Cascade Geyser. It's rumored the Trainer Marina caught Tykenzar, but that doesn't mean there isn't another one still roaming around somewhere in Denkiteki Genkyo.
Here's a sprite I made of him. Tykenzar is supposed to be different shades of blue, but I couldn't get that to work so I left if the way it was.
