Skargron is a Steel/Ground type Legendary, a combination of Aggron and Skarmory. His special attack is Quicksand. It's rumored the Trainer Yasmin caught Skargron, but that doesn't mean there's not another one still roaming around somewhere in Denkiteki Genkyo.
