Arcaza is a Fire/Dragon Legendary Pokemon. Basically what he looks like is a combination of the Pokemon Arcanine and Rayquaza. His special attack is Dragonflame. It's rumored Silver caught Arcaza, but that doesn't mean there's not another one still roaming around somewhere in Denkiteki Genkyo.
