This a list of basic rules and guidelines for Motan's Destiny. Please follow them.
1. Nothing of a demonic nature will be allowed on the forum. What is and is not demonic is for me to decide. As a general rule, demons, other gods, and reincarnation should be avoided.
2. Absolutely no swearing at ALL. And I don't want to see any of that @#!*^ junk either. In addition to that, I also don't allow any sign of such words being said, i.e. 'He started swearing angrily..', etc.
2. Do not post anything inappropriate.
3. There is no godmoding. Everyone experiences wins and losses, and only the Lord above is all powerful.
4. Have complete and utter respect for your fellow members.
5. No matter what, respect the moderators and administrators and everything they tell you while a member of Motan's Destiny. If you do not and talk back to any of them(unless you are higher in authority) there will be consquences and you will receive a warning of the same value as THREE. If you disrespect a moderator or administrator after being told not to you will be banned, no questions asked.
Those are all of the rules I can think of right now... Here are some guidelines for when traveling through the Motan Region, and some other things.
- You can have as many characters as you want; the more the merrier.=)
- To Fly, you need to have at least a first stage Flying Pokemon. For instance, Pidgey, Taillow, Spearow, etc.. cannot fly, but Pidgeotto, Swellow, and Fearow can. All Pokemon know how to Fly, just not all can carry a person at the same time.^_^'
- When you're in a town, you can either make a thread saying what you do in it, but if you do something that has to do with an event another thread was made for, post your actions in that thread. Also, say if you caught a Pokemon or two on the first route in a thread you made. Your Pokemon were injured and you went to the first town to heal them at the Pokemon Center. If you want to go and catch another Pokemon on the first Route, you can post your return in the same thread that you caught your first two Pokemon in. And it's not the end of the world if you make a new thread every time you re-enter a certain location. These are just guidelines.=)
- Speaking of catching Pokemon, only Administrators, Rotanchous, and Hachouchous can make wild Pokemon appear. In every area other than a city, there will be a thread saying what types of Pokemon can be found in that location.
- Money matters? No matter what, every trainer starts his or her journey with 300 AMERICAN dollars. How do you get more money? You can receive money from winning the Confrontation Rally events, and also randomly find Nuggets on the ground, which you can cash in at the four shops in the Motan Region for $1000 each.
- Evolving and levels: A moderator or administrator will decide when your Pokemon can evolve, and for leveling I'm leaving that in your own good judgement to decide when a new move should be learned.
There will be more guidelines added as I add more to Motan's Destiny. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you don't and break a rule, at first you will be reminded but if this behavior is repeated you will be warned. After three warnings you will be banned. And of course if you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask.^_^
