I know. I never said it was bad. I just said it is. And as such, I can't die. Which is all the more reason why hand-to-hand combat still applies.

Sitting on people is a good way to keep them down, but with my brother it's getting him on the ground. At least if I attack him. If he attacks me he's actually kind of pathetic...
Have I started some kind of trend with my story....? This could get interesting....

XD I know how you feel. My brother always acts really funny when he's pretending to use some kind of professional ninjutsu on me. And if he makes me fall on the ground, he regrets it after feeling the wrath of the strongest part of my body my legs/feet! They are completely uncontrolable(sp).B)
It would appear so.=) Also, I am pleased to announce that we have gathered 8 competitions for the Confrontation Rally! The following are what we have:
Battle competition Maze competition Race competition Weight competition Skill competition Pokemon catching competition Sleeping Pokemon competition Hand-to-hand competition
Be sure to note that the hand-to-hand competition will be fought by the Trainers. I will now decide which town each competition shall be in, as well as adding descriptions and rules for each of them. Thank you to all for helping me along with this.^_^

Alright. I'll really be looking forward to seeing that hand-to-hand competition. Although you might want to make it last so people have time to train at the Dojo so that they have the ability to fight hand-to-hand.

^_^ Funny how I just added in some stuff about that to the PM I just sent you. Great minds think alike.^_~ I was going to have the Battle competition last(so the strongest Pokemon available would battle, instead of those just beginning in Featherband Town), but there's not /that/ much of a difference between Isobe City and Oceana City, so I'll make the Battle competition in Oceana City, and the hand-to-hand competition in Isobe City. I think I like having the Trainers battle last better than having the Pokemon battle last anyhow.^^

Yup, yup. Great minds in action. ^^
Yeah, it's probably best to ahve those two last.
Say, have you noticed that for like this entire page we're the only ones who have been saying anything...?

Well, both of us have been on a lot for this whole day, and the only ones IIRC.=)
I just made the sub-boards for all of the Confrontation Rally events. Oh, and for the rules for each of the competitions, should I just use the same thing you posted in the rules and guidelines board as the rules for the actually thing in Isobe City?

Sure, you can use those. Unless you want anything special such as a bare-knuckle brawl or something.

That's too bad. because it is a proven fact that with the right amount of strength and at the right angle you can hit the bottom of someone's nose and shove their bone into their brain killing them instantly. Such a shame...

Yeah, I was joking. Although if anybody tried to kill me(shina) I might have tried it but they were breaking the rules first.
And yeah, it's proven. It's taught in some kind of martial arts IIRC. Of course, don't ask me how to do it.

*tsk* Even if someone broke the rules and tried to kill you, you would be taking the wrong actions against their wrong-doing. -shakes finger- I can't belive people are teaching how to kill others..martial-arts is a form of self-defense..such a disgrace.

Not really. Most martial arts originated as a way to attack the other tribes and contries in asia during times of war.
Example:
Tie Kwan Doe
Tie Kwan Doe is korean and it means heel to foot. It was used against the Japanese horseman in the 1600. It was a form specifically designed to dismount them so you could then kill them however you saw fit.
The oriental people in the past when martial arts was invented were very violent and brutal. Even in world war two, the Japanese were unmercifully cruel to the chinese. Shooting massive amounts of men, women and children for no reason is not even the worst of it...
