Building a House

In the Motan Region you can do more than just be a trainer. You can also build your own home.

To build your own house:

Select the spot you want it built in. You can build your house in routes but be aware that doing that will cost more money.
PM me(aloraskye) about where you want your house and I will PM you back telling you how much it costs. The cost of building your house depends on where you build it.
I will set up your house in the place you desired me to have it built. It will register on the forum home page as a sub-board.

What you can do with a house:

You can use it to breed pokemon(you must have a male and female of the SAME species).
You can visit your House to restore your health.
You can leave the pokemon you're not using there.
You can store items in your home.
You can also use it to talk to the trainers passing by or invite friends over for whatever reason you wish.

Please note that in order to breed pokemon you MUST have a house.
